Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
Standard 4-5 business days shipping is free on all orders excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
As soon you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Orders received after 12NN will be processed the next business day. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@mysaunablanket.com
Kindly note that if an inaccurate address has been provided by the customer and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, My Sauna Blanket is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address provided. My Sauna Blanket will not provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. My Sauna Blanket is also not liable for stolen / lost packages after delivery.
If you refuse any shipments from My Sauna Blanket, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage upon receipt, please make note of it and send photos to support@mysaunablanket.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Returns
All Products
We value customer satisfaction. Prior to completing your order, please refer to the return policy described in the product information or see below for brand specific return policy. For products that are eligible for return, you may contact support@mysaunablanket.com and include the order number, name of the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. Any items returned without first contacting us will not be refunded.
Returned items must be sent in like-new condition in the original packaging. Any damaged, dented, scratched, unsanitary, torn or stained items, or items missing major components may be denied a refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging.
For HigherDOSE, only unopened and unused products are eligible for returns.
After product return has been accepted, we will provide you with details of the return. Once we receive the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return upon inspection.
Within 21 days of receipt on your returned products, your total payment for your products to My Sauna Blanket will be refunded to you via the method of payment made during checkout (less any shipping charges and processing fees). If you purchased via interest-free financing, extra charges may apply by the 3rd party provider.
For products not functioning properly, we will assist you with troubleshooting.

Infrared Sauna Blankets
There is a 30-day money back guarantee for your infrared sauna blankets. If you are not satisfied with it, please email support@mysaunablanket.com.
Red Light Therapy
We offer a 14-day return policy for all unopened red-light units. The customer is required to pay the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective. Only defective products are eligible for exchange if the box is opened.
HigherDOSE Products
Infrared Sauna Blankets
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and unused infrared sauna blanket. The customer is required to pay the return shipping cost.
Infrared Sauna Blanket Insert and Bag
30-day return policy for unopened products with a $15 restocking fee per item. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
Please contact support@mysaunablanket.com to initiate a return. Any items returned without first contacting us will not be refunded.
HEALiX Infrared Products
There is a 45-day money back guarantee for your infrared sauna blanket or red light blanket and a 30-day money back guarantee for other HEALiX products. If you are not satisfied, please email support@mysaunablanket.com. You will receive a full refund (less any shipping and processing charges).
Mihigh x Gravity Products
There is a 30-day money back guarantee for your MiHigh x Gravity Products. If you are not satisfied with it, please email support@mysaunablanket.com to initiate a return. You will receive a full refund (less any shipping and processing charges).
Limitations:
- To be eligible for a return, you must be a full paying customer.
- You must have been using the product for at least 14 days before you can initiate a return.
- Products that are stained or damaged in our opinion (acting reasonably) as a result of you use or possession of the product will not be eligible for a return or refund.
We currently do not have a warranty on Gravity Products outside of the return policy window.
Hooga Health Products
There is a 60-day money back guarantee for all Hooga Health products. If you are not satisfied with it, please email support@mysaunablanket.com to initiate a return. You will receive a full refund (less any shipping and processing charges).
